These terms apply to Innova Auto Glass’s Google-powered messaging service when it is enabled. This service is for customer-service questions and requests about Innova Auto Glass.
Google’s AI may respond to your questions. Innova can view conversations and respond through Google’s business tools. You can request a person in the conversation or contact us directly.
Information you share will be used to answer questions and handle customer requests as described in our Privacy Policy. Google, providers operating the RCS messaging service, and participating mobile carriers process messaging information to operate and deliver the service.
By choosing to use this messaging service, you authorize Google to process the information you send as described in the RCS for Business Terms of Service, including spam detection and prevention and training AI models for those purposes.
To stop messages, send STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. Sending a new message afterward reopens the conversation and opts you back in. Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.
