Loved my experience here - they were super fast, very thorough, and extremely kind. I wasn’t sure what tint my window had, and they had me send a picture so they could be sure to match. Kept me updated on progress, and from taking it in to pickup was less than 48 hours, and they can do it quicker but I just needed a specific part I only needed my driver side back window, not windshield (for reference). Hopefully I won’t be back too soon, but if I ever need a window replaced, I’ll be coming back

I found Innova several months ago based on positive reviews, and was very happy with the windshield replacement for my Highlander. Great customer service and a fair out-of-pocket price. I returned today for a chip repair -- they got me in for same-day service, right on time, and it only took 10 min. The former 2", starburst crack was reduced to an almost invisible dot. Great service, great rates.

We have used Innova for a couple of vehicles now, both chip repair and windshield replacement. They are very easy to work with through our insurance company. Everyone we encountered was super helpful, friendly, and professional and their work was great (and ridiculously fast)! Our latest chip repair was pretty big, so it is still noticeable but much less so than when we went in. Will definitely be returning next time we need auto glass work. Thanks!
